_**Customer Service Representative (CSR) (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)**_
- **Job Summary**:_
- **Responsibilities and Duties**_
- Answer phone calls related to internet, television and home phone service inquiries_
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to maximize sales and customer satisfaction_
- Develop an understanding of how our services operate and what options are available to customers_
- Scheduling installation and service appointments_
- Assisting with some marketing initiatives_
- **Skills and Qualifications**_
- High School Diploma, College Education considered an asset_
- Retail and or sales experience considered an asset_
- Must be organized and reliable_
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment considered an asset_
- **Work Remotely**_
- _No_
- **Wages**_
- _90 day probation starting at $16/ hour + commission._
- _After 90 day probation starting at $17/ hour + commission._
- _Annual raise of $1/ hour the first 5 years of employment._
- **Daily Commission for every new sale made is in a tiered structure.**_
- _First 12 Sales per month pay $7.50 each._
- _13 + sales per month pays $10 each._

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
