The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead operations within our demolition, abatement, and concrete cutting & coring division. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple active projects while directly managing and developing a team of four.

This is a
hands-on leadership position
. Success in this role requires more than overseeing schedules and budgets — it requires the ability to
coach, prioritize, and bring structure
to both projects and people. You will work closely with the CEO & President on planning, execution, and continuous improvement across the division.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead projects from pre-planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability

· Provide direction, mentorship, and coaching to supporting team members to strengthen skills and performance

· Collaborate with ownership on operational planning, workflow, and growth initiatives

· Manage budgets, job costing, and financial reporting

· Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

· Coordinate labour, equipment, and schedules across multiple job sites

· Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

· Set clear expectations and reinforce accountability across projects and personnel

What We're Looking For

· years of experience in a Project Management role (required)

· Background in construction, demolition, abatement, or a related field (industry experience is an asset, not a requirement)

· Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands

· Proven experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource planning

· A leadership style focused on coaching, direction, and professional development

· Clear, confident communicator able to work effectively with trades, clients, and senior leadership

· Able to step into an established operation and contribute immediately
