Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, and proficiency with industry-standard tools. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving project success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to meet project objectives.
  • Lead project planning sessions, define scope, establish timelines, and allocate resources efficiently using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Trello, and Project Server.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints through effective budgeting and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering and requirements management processes to ensure clear scope definition and stakeholder alignment.
  • Oversee project implementation from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards using tools like Visio, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Workday.
  • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, vendors, and clients through strong presentation skills and organizational skills.
  • Monitor project progress using data analysis skills and data collection techniques; prepare status reports for executive leadership.
  • Manage change management initiatives to adapt project scope or objectives as needed while minimizing risks.
  • Supervise team members and vendor partners to ensure collaboration aligns with project goals; foster a productive team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards such as PMBOK and utilize methodologies like Kanban and Scrum for continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Proven experience in IT project management or product development within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects using Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Supervising experience leading cross-functional teams in complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong vendor management skills with experience negotiating contracts and managing third-party relationships.
  • Familiarity with project management tools including Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Workday, Basecamp, and Project Server.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, requirements management, risk management, quality management, and data analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Organizational skills that enable effective time management and prioritization of multiple projects simultaneously.
