About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to plan, execute, and support the delivery of pavement marking projects. This role combines the strategic responsibilities of a Project Manager with the hands-on coordination duties of a Project Coordinator — ensuring projects are well-planned, efficiently executed, and aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and communicates effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Project Manager Roles

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, schedules and resource allocations.
  • Manage project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between teams and external vendors.
  • Lead project meetings, track milestones, and ensure alignment across crews.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to management.

Project Coordination Roles

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and change requests.
  • Support budget tracking, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor and update task assignments and deadlines in project management tool (Zebra Online)
  • Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are stored and organized for easy access.
  • Follow up with team members on action items and deliverable deadlines.
  • Support the onboarding of new project team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's licence and submission of a 5-year Driver's Abstract with less than 7 demerits
  • Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours to accommodate project schedule when required
