Sales Representative – Müller Expo Services InternationalOverview
At Müller Expo Services International, we design and deliver world-class exhibition and event solutions for clients across the globe. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our success—connecting with clients locally and internationally, building long-term relationships, and turning creative ideas into impactful experiences.
This is a full-time, in-office position where your energy, communication skills, and sales acumen will directly contribute to our growth and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Client Engagement: Manage relationships with both local and international clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout each project.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
- New Client Development: Engage with new clients during the design and concept phase, understanding their vision and helping shape tailored solutions.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to align creative ideas with client budgets and deliver feasible, high-impact solutions.
- Project Handover: Coordinate the smooth transition of confirmed projects to Project Managers, ensuring all details are documented and client expectations are clear.
- CRM & Reporting: Utilize CRM systems (such as Salesforce or similar) to manage leads, track client communications, and report on sales performance.
- Sales Calls & Meetings: Conduct proactive sales calls to generate new business and nurture existing relationships.
- Client Meetings: Participate in video meetings and virtual presentations with clients, maintaining a professional and confident presence.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company performance.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or project-based sales, ideally within exhibitions, events, or design-related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport across different cultures and time zones.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and client data.
- Confidence in leading both in-person and video meetings with clients.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Production, Project Management).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the exhibition, events, or experiential marketing industry.
- Proven success managing international client accounts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-motivated attitude with the drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
