Calgary, Canada DAD Sales Full time

D.A.D Sales is a customer focused company with a 40+ year track record of success as a manufacturer’s representative of high-quality electrical products. We are searching for an inspired and motivated Outside Salesperson based out of Calgary to help represent our Manufacturers in the Southern Alberta Region.

Your major focus will be on growing our business by calling on and servicing an existing account base as well as developing new accounts in the electrical sales industry. This would include visiting electrical contractors and distribution partners at their offices or job sites.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proactively selling new and existing products to new and existing customers
- Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products
- Providing product information, pricing quotations, and following-up on quotes
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Daily use of CRM to pursue opportunities and share information

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
- Strong networking skills, outgoing personality
- Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
- Able to learn quickly
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

**EXPERIENCE**
- Post-Secondary courses in Electrical preferred but not required
- Knowledge of the electrical industry or a background in electrical products would be considered an asset
- valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required
