Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing dess dishes, baking dishes to specifications, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen station.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
  • Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen station, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment
  • Monitor food quality during service and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Follow serving protocols to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as required

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Understanding of food handling and safety standards in the food industry
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience with meal preparation and food service operations is a plus
  • Kitchen experience demonstrating familiarity with various cooking equipment is desirable
