Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and customer service, with the ability to engage customers drive sales through excellent communication and organizational skills. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers with product selections, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
  • Engage in technology sales by showcasing the latest products and helping customers understand their functionalities.
  • Perform merchandising tasks to ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring that all merchandise is stocked and well-presented.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficiency in technology sales, with a knack for conducting engaging product demos.
  • Experience in retail sales, merchandising, and cash handling is preferred.
  • Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
