As our footprint in the Greater Richmond area grows, we're looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our frontline sales team as a Telecommunications Sales Associate.
We are hiring a Telecommunications Sales Associate to represent Rogers Communications through targeted sales and customer outreach solutions. You will connect directly with potential customers, offering tailored solutions for mobile, internet, and home services. Your role as the Telecommunications Sales Associate is key in driving brand awareness, increasing subscriptions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience on behalf of Rogers.
Telecommunications Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Rogers Communications and educate consumers on their wireless, internet, and home service plans
- Engage customers by executing residential sales campaigns throughout the Richmond and Greater Richmond area
- Assess customer needs to recommend service packages that provide value and performance
- Stay up-to-date with Rogers' latest promotions, device launches, and service offerings
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders and escalations and follow-up activity
- Participate in daily Telecommunications Sales Associate team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews
- Ensure all sales interactions reflect the professionalism and standards of the Rogers brand
What We're Looking For in a Telecommunications Sales Associate:
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Professional, outgoing, and persuasive demeanor
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
- Prior experience as a Telecommunications Sales Associate is highly desirable
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Quick learner who is adaptable to evolving promotions and technology
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,600.00-$4,300.00 per week
