Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
  • Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
  • Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and well-organized
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure all customer needs are met during busy periods
  • Utilize communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products, and store policies
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Knowledge of technology products and ability to conduct product demos is a plus
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell and promote products effectively
  • Professional appearance and phone etiquette are essential

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
