About the Role:

ETRO Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Dynamic Operations Team, supporting the seamless execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, communication, and collaboration across all phases of the project lifecycle - from start-up through closeout.

As a Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Leads, and subcontractors to ensure every aspect of the project runs smoothly, on time, and in alignment with ETRO's operational standards and values. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and organize project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist with project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Support subcontractor tendering and award processes, including scope preparation, pricing, and contract documentation.
  • Coordinate subcontractor meetings, track action items, and issue change orders and progress claims.
  • Participate in project start-up activities, ensuring all setup tasks and documentation are completed.
  • Lead closeout efforts by gathering as-built drawings, warranties, manuals, and occupancy documentation.
  • Uphold ETRO's health and safety policies by participating in inspections, toolbox talks, and orientations.
  • Track consultant field reports and assist with the resolution of deficiencies.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination, particularly with projects in the ICI sector.
  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in scheduling, project management, and document control tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, safety regulations, and project lifecycles.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams.
