Job Overview:

**Minimum of 3 years fine dinning experience**

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will oversee the dining experience, lead the serving staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate the serving staff during shifts
  • Train new servers on restaurant procedures and policies
  • Ensure smooth operation of the dining area
  • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of fine dinning experience
  • Proficiency in food handling, cash handling, and team management
  • Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of servers
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Experience in interviewing and training new staff members
  • Basic cooking knowledge is a plus
  • Leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions
