Role Description
We're hiring a full-time
Account Executive (SMB)
in Toronto, ON (hybrid). You'll own the full sales cycle—from qualifying inbound leads to creating outbound campaigns, running demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You'll partner with sales and marketing to drive new revenue, build lasting customer relationships, and help agencies solve their workforce challenges.
Experience
- 2+ years B2B SaaS sales experience in SMB, with a strong record of exceeding quotas
- Prior BDR experience is an asset
- Experience in home care or healthcare sectors is an advantage
- Familiarity with US healthcare/home care regulations is a plus
Skills and Mindset
- Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform deep discovery across multiple stakeholders
- Strong technical aptitude to convey solution value
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms
- Entrepreneurial, "hunter" mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel (approx. 1 trip/month)
