about this team

Finance - Inventory Control: Work at the core of our business, driving process improvements and control enhancements. Maintain data integrity while delivering accurate reporting and analysis for inventory across Retail and Distribution.

core responsibilities

  • Analyze enterprise inventory within the financial inventory system of record (RMS).
  • Deliver product ownership on inventory intelligence and inventory health reporting within the designated region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory systems, finance, DC operations, Marketplace, and internal/external auditors to ensure accuracy across the network.
  • Execute financial inventory adjustments for DC locations.
  • Serve as control operator for inventory-related SOX controls.
  • Conduct UAT for system changes impacting financial and inventory systems.

qualifications

  • University degree
  • Relevant business experience in inventory management and health
  • Expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to efficiently manage large and complex data files
  • Executive level reporting and presentation experience
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proactive mindset in identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving projects forward.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000 - $86,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
