Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

  2. Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.

  3. Assign work schedules, monitor employee performance, and provide feedback or corrective action when needed.

  4. Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock audits, and replenishment.

  5. Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of products to prevent loss, damage, or discrepancies.

  6. Enforce compliance with health, safety, and security policies, as well as company and regulatory requirements.

  7. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs.

  8. Collaborate with other departments (procurement, logistics, and sales) to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  9. Oversee the use, care, and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

  10. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

  11. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree and proven experience in warehouse supervision or a related role.

  2. With valid driver license and with at least 1 year of forklift experience.

  3. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety regulations,organized and capable of managing over 200 SKUs.

  4. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  6. Language: fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
