Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. This role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing workflows, and enforcing safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate a team and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Support Supply Chain Manager in planning and maintaining of warehouse operation policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment processes.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to optimize efficiency.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth warehouse distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
  • Develop plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in packaging and order processing.
  • Other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven 3 +years' experience in warehouse management or a similar role,including at least 1 year in team management or a warehouse supervisor role.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as Netsuite is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and warehouse distribution practices.
  • Ability to build and fabricate solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
