**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and manage our team of dedicated staff members. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and smooth warehouse operations while maintaining high-quality standards. If you have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation processes.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to warehouse team members.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of new warehouse staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar role, demonstrating successful management of warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear instructions and reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
