**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Working Days & Hours**:Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM)

**Location**: Richmond, BC

**Position Overview**:
Working independently with guidance from Warehouse Manager, responsibilities are to supervise, delegate and assign all warehouse related activities.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervise staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This includes assigning tasks utilizing resources and abilities of the workforce to maintain a continual workflow, setting priorities, coaching and training as required
- Ensure compliance with the Collective Agreement
- Assist in daily manpower planning
- Assist in other Warehouse related matters and other areas as determined

**Required skills & abilities**:

- Post-secondary education in Operations Management
- Pervious experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position; preferable experience in a unionized environment
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and warehouse management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency/experience of MS Office tools and Warehouse Management Systems
