Donaleighs Irish Public House is looking to add FOH managers to our growing company. We are an independently owned restaurant that has been serving downtown Barrie for over a decade that believes in quality, in-house made comfort food paired with exceptional service.
- have a minimum of 3 years management experience in a high volume setting
- possess strong communication skills
- be organized and punctual
- have a strong eye for detail
- work well with large teams and be able to manage effectively in high stress situations
- be self motivated
- have a desire to learn and grow
- have an in depth knowledge of liquor and labor costs and their controls
- possess a strong understanding of health and safety
- have experience with P & L statements

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
