Key Responsibilities Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals Ensure complete guest satisfaction and guest connection throughout each shift Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift Handle guest concerns and compliments.
