Front of House Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring all staff are trained and performing their duties effectively.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries to optimize service flow.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Implement training programs for new hires on food service standards, POS systems, and customer interaction.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in the food industry with a strong understanding of restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation processes.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
