Commercialization Coordinator

About the Role

As our Commercialization Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations across sales, supply chain, and partner communications. Reporting directly to the VP of Commercialization, you'll manage essential trackers, reports, and processes that keep everything running smoothly—from product launches to provincial listings.

What You'll DoCommercial Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain and update core commercial documents, including provincial sales and inventory files, product spec sheets, and raw material trackers.
• Consolidate inventory and sales data from multiple partners into clear weekly and monthly summaries.
• Prepare stock allocation forms and internal reporting tools to support forecasting and revenue optimization.
• Track provincial purchase orders and summarize weekly shipments and revenue performance.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

• Monitor raw material inventory across partner facilities and inbound shipments, proactively flagging risks to prevent production delays.
• Streamline processes to ensure commercial, finance, and operations teams work from a single source of truth.

Product Calls & Commercialization Support

• Prepare submission documentation for provincial product pitches (e.g., Notice of New Cannabis Product templates).
• Coordinate timelines and meetings for product calls, liaising with regulatory, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for contract manufacturing partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Provincial & Partner Platform Management

• Maintain accurate product attributes, images, and descriptions on provincial and partner platforms (OCS, HiBuddy, Mendo, etc.).
• Coordinate updates for formulations, packaging, or pricing changes approved by leadership.

Sales & Commercial Analytics

• Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources for sales analysis.
• Build simple dashboards and summaries to provide leadership with clear insights by SKU, province, and partner.

Creative & Marketing Support

• Draft concise creative briefs for sell sheets, product one-pagers, and listing copy to enable quick execution by the creative team.

Flowthrough & Special Programs

• Act as liaison for flowthrough programs, ensuring inventory, pricing, and documentation align with program requirements.

About YouRequired Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or a related field (Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management).
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial coordination, sales operations, or supply chain—preferably in CPG or regulated industries (cannabis, alcohol, pharma).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, data cleaning).
• Proven ability to manage multiple trackers, reports, and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers, product specs, and regulatory information.

Nice to Have

• Experience with provincial boards, distributors, or e-commerce/marketplace SKU listings.
• Familiarity with COGS and basic commercial math (margins, markups, landed costs).
• Cannabis or CPG experience in a highly regulated environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
