Responsibilities

  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting.

  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus.
