Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions.What you will do:This role is responsible for safely completing the following tasks:pot and soil preparationstaking and bagging plants in the greenhousetissue samplingtransplantingharvesting / hand threshinggreenhouse room cleaning and housekeepingActively follow safety procedures, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Timely completion of tasks as assigned by team lead.Demonstrate willingness and enthusiasm to complete other duties and assignments to meet operational needs of the business.What you will bring:A High School diploma or equivalent certificate is required.An engaged safety-first mindset.Able to stoop, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.Able to stand for extended periods of time.Accountability to team with dependable attendance and completion of assigned workload.Attention to detail when completing data tracking activities.Follow through on assigned tasks from start to finish.Apply critical thinking in problem solving scenarios.Interpersonal effectiveness to collaborate with colleagues and leaders.Organized approach to completing work in alignment with priorities.Previous work experience in agriculture is an asset but not required.Ready to make an impact with us?
