The Saskatchewan First Nations Water Association (SFNWA) is hiring a Research Analyst with a strong desire for collaboration. They will be asked to provide data insights that will help our organization make strategic decisions. They will help create an effective environment for learning by identifying training needs through researching, preparing and delivering course curriculum.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Ability to carefully examine, interpret and extract data to form logical and valuable conclusions.
- Drafting questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other data collection resources. -Deliver reports and presentations of findings to management and the board of directors.
- Perform data management to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency.
- Develop content for synchronous and nonsynchronous learning in an online environment.
- Develop appropriate evaluations to assess objectives of training are met.
- Provide support to a workplace that embraces diversity and encourages teamwork.

Qualifications:

- Experience collecting qualitive data via interviews and collecting quantitative data via online platforms.
- Experience in developing and maintaining a network of contacts. -Attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task -Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Strong communication and presenting skills -Being able to work collaboratively internally and with partners to deliver solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Lived or living experience of First Nation cultures and traditions in Saskatchewan.
- Experience coordinating educational content.
- Knowledge of water and wastewater systems and management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
