We are growing and seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with experience in estimating and business development to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review architectural and working drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
  • Cold call and network with contractors, builders, and developers to obtain project drawings and bid opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits (as required) to gather project details, take measurements, and verify information for estimates.
  • Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of bids.
  • Follow up on quotes, maintain strong relationships with potential clients, and help convert estimates into awarded jobs.
  • Meet and exceed sales and lead generation targets.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in construction estimating, inside sales, or business development (residential or commercial construction preferred).
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficient with MS Office; experience with estimating or construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, AutoCAD) is an asset.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable working from the office and performing site visits when needed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $40,000 per year
  • Commission: Based on successful project bids and sales
  • Bonus: Performance-based incentives for hitting targets
  • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Full-time, on-site role
