Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and handling. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere and have a passion for the food industry.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
  • Prepare and handle food items according to safety and quality standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining areas and kitchen spaces.
  • Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help others on the team are essential for success in this role.
