Responsibilities/daily tasks:

- Assist foreman or lead hand in site preparation, Installation and clean up on a daily basis.
- Operate various power tools or equipment such as concrete saws, Jackhammer, Plate tamper, Miter saw, skid steer, mini excavator, etc. Training will be provided.
- Move material around the job site by hand, wheelbarrow or machine.
- Plant trees and shrubs.
- Dig the ground by shovel or machine.
- Load and unloads material.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Possess a strong work ethic and highly motivated.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willing to learn.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
- Capability to work outside under the bad weather condition.
- Able to come to the work every day and on time.
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is preferred but not required.
