**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on buildings and grounds, including repairs and upkeep.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various maintenance projects.
- Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, and irrigation.
- Dig and prepare areas for planting or landscaping projects.
- Build structures as needed for garden enhancements or facility improvements.
- Maintain gardens by planting, watering, weeding, and fertilizing as required.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues that need attention.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Experience in landscape maintenance is a plus, including knowledge of irrigation systems.
- Ability to dig, plant, and maintain gardens effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
