Data Entry/Load Specialist (Remote 12 Month Contract)

As a member of the Professional Services Team, the main responsibilities of a Data Entry/Data Load Specialist are to support the Implementation team by accurately entering, loading and updating data into client databases, leading to the successful implementation of Multiview Financial Software based on client's contract specifications. This incumbent does not work directly with clients.

The Data Entry/Load Specialist will play a critical role in helping professional services team by ensuring accurate entry, loading and updating of data into our client databases. This position is a one-year full time contract to support the team in successful implementations. The incumbent will help to coordinate data and data loads into our databases to ensure accurate and timely completion of clients implementations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide regular Implementation status reports to key stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and overall status of assigned project
• Coordinate template loads, data history loads, mapping loads, etc. with internal technical resources for the implementation
• Maintain a highly detail-oriented view on client project plans, while exercising good interpersonal and organizational skills to develop strong team relationships
• Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; Track time to adequately capture revenue
• Provide support to Professional Services team members until project transition to Client Success
• Deal with confidential data and adhering to applicable data protection acts
• Experience demonstrating Multiview's core values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients

• Technical Skills – Proficiency in database software and strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Problem solving – Proactive in anticipating and resolving problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to meet the requirements of the project are required.
• Interpersonal Skills –Ability to effectively communicate and work with various team members. Strong verbal communication skills are required.
• Organization – Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure the smooth client support experience and operational excellence
• Teamwork – works with multiple teams cross-functionally, and must know how to effectively address the needs of each team while always keeping the client's outcomes as the driver
• Initiative – Seeks, accepts and completes new tasks using own initiative; works independently with little supervision.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate or bachelor's degree/diploma in business administration, computer science or information technology preferred
• Entry Level: 1-2yrs in business administration, computer science or information technology role
• Passion for client success, technology and software implementation
• Excellent communication working in a team environment
• General aptitude for software usage– preferably in the Financials/Enterprise products and services, financial software, payroll processing applications etc.
• Strong organization, planning, prioritization, ability to organize, time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently with little supervision

PREFERRED:

• Prior ERP Implementation Experience
