About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to provide essential support in managing and maintaining critical data systems. This role involves working on-site in Ottawa within a secure environment, ensuring accurate data entry, account management, and compliance with established protocols. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting operational processes and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, manage, and maintain data in specialized software and database systems.
  • Perform data entry from hard copy reports into secure systems.
  • Conduct background checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for system issues and assist with password resets.
  • Maintain logs and registers for account activities and user acknowledgments.
  • Work on a rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 12 months of relevant data entry or administrative experience.
  • Language:
    Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a bilingual environment.
  • Security Clearance:
    Must hold a valid Security Clearance
