Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content and Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of a busy Medical Aesthetics Clinic. This role involves managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with content management to ensure smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various computer applications.

Responsibilities

  • Social media, ads and content creation
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate patient records with attention to detail
  • Support content creation and updates for the clinic's website and social media platforms
  • Proofread marketing materials, appointment reminders, and correspondence for accuracy and professionalism
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone, email, or in person while maintaining proper phone etiquette
  • Support office management activities such as supply inventory, document organization, and general clerical duties
  • Assist with personal assistant tasks as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations

Experience

  • Prior office management or administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience with front desk duties, medical receptionist roles, or dental reception is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer support experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management, social media efficiently

Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $15.28-$29.17 per hour
