Anchor Health Medical Clinic is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic **Medical Office Admin** to join our team. We are a Family Medical and Walk-in Clinic offering comprehensive care to the Calgary community.

**Location Flexibility**:

- **Copperfield** (SE Calgary)
- **Legacy** (SE Calgary)

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma in Medical Office Assistant - (preferred; may be waived based on experience and skills)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and strong call-handling skills
- Proficiency with **Med Access EMR**:

- Availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed

**Key Responsibilities**:
Include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting and registering patients
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Coordinating with physicians and allied health professionals
- Processing billing and health claims
- Handling confidential medical records and documentation
