**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Social media, ads and content creation
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate patient records with attention to detail
- Support content creation and updates for the clinic’s website and social media platforms
- Proofread marketing materials, appointment reminders, and correspondence for accuracy and professionalism
- Support office management activities such as supply inventory, document organization, and general clerical duties
- Assist with personal assistant tasks as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations

**Experience**
- Prior office management or administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
- Experience with front desk duties, medical receptionist roles, or dental reception is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer support experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management, social media efficiently

**Job Types**: Part-time, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $15.28-$29.17 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
