We're currently adding to our 2025 Winter Maintenance Team in Kingston and have an opening for a dependable, hard-working individual who wants to be part of a company that values Respect, Integrity, One Team, and Excellence.

Position Overview

Our Winter Maintenance Technicians are enthusiastic, reliable, and safety-focused individuals who thrive outdoors. Each role contributes to ensuring our clients' properties remain safe, accessible, and professionally maintained through the winter months.

You'll be part of an on-call rotation responding to snow and ice events, performing plowing, salting, or walkway clearing, depending on your role. Every shift plays an important part in mitigating liability and maintaining our high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform snow removal and ice management services using assigned equipment.
  • Operate plows and other machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with teammates to complete routes effectively and on schedule.
  • Maintain equipment and assist with pre/post-storm preparation.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and team members.
  • Uphold company policies for safety, respect, and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in snow removal (equipment) is an asset — mandatory for operator roles.
  • Valid G or DZ licence
  • Ability to work in varying weather and long shifts during snow events.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
  • Strong work ethic, communication skills, and commitment to teamwork.
  • Safety-focused and detail-oriented.
