Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Pay: $18–$23/hr depending on experience

A growing wellness-focused business is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role includes a mix of administrative tasks, reception duties, email handling, customer communication, and occasional errands. Ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities

  • Manage emails and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Handle scheduling, follow-ups, basic reception tasks, and client check-ins
  • Assist with outreach (DMs, email campaigns, corporate contacts)
  • Help maintain an organized workspace
  • Prepare documents, forms, and simple spreadsheets when needed
  • Run errands (pickups, deliveries, small tasks around Vancouver)
  • Support with social media messages and basic admin tasks
  • Assist founder with day-to-day operational needs

Requirements

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable handling both office tasks and in-person errands
  • Professional and people-friendly
  • Basic computer skills (email, Google Drive, spreadsheets)
  • Experience in admin, reception, customer service, or personal assistant work is an asset
  • Must be able to travel locally for errands (public transit or vehicle)
