Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Ingenium Business Analyst
to join our team for an exciting Fulltime role with one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients, based in Canada. This is a onsite role.

Position: Ingenium Business Analyst

Job Description:

  • Bring strong experience with
    Life Administration Systems
    , and in-depth knowledge of
    Life Insurance
    and
    Annuity products
    .
  • Possess
    10+ years of hands-on experience
    in developing
    COBOL-based Ingenium Policy Administration Systems
    .
  • Demonstrate
    10+ years of experience
    in the development, maintenance, and support of
    Ingenium platforms
    .
  • Hold
    8+ years of SQL experience
    , with strong proficiency in writing and optimizing queries.
  • Apply deep knowledge of
    Policy Administration System design and architecture
    to support solution planning and implementation.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in
    Insurance Policy Administration System migration and conversion projects
    .
  • Stay current with
    emerging technologies
    , tools, and trends relevant to the
    Life and Annuity domain
    .
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to analyze requirements and design effective IT solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews, contribute to solution recommendations, and support data flow planning while following the established
    Project Life Cycle Methodology
    .
  • Ensure adherence to all
    IT control policies
    , corporate architectural standards, and best practices during design, development, and testing phases.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive
    High-Level and Low-Level Technical Specifications
    .
  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.

  • Advanced expertise in

    development and support.
  • Experience in conducting and leading
