What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you'll handle the installation and replacement of heating and cooling systems in homes across our community. You'll work alongside other skilled techs to make sure every system runs safely, efficiently, and looks clean and professional when the job's done.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Installing and replacing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
  • Reading and following blueprints and manufacturer instructions.
  • Hooking up refrigerant lines, wiring, and controls.
  • Making sure each install meets local codes and company standards.
  • Talking with homeowners and explaining how to use and care for their system.
  • Keeping your work area and company van tidy and organized.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience (or equivalent training).
  • A valid HVAC or gas fitter license (G2/G3, depending on your region).
  • Refrigerant handling certification (313D/A) is a big plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
  • Reliable, respectful, and able to work well with customers and teammates.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Nice to Have

  • Sheet metal or duct fabrication experience.
  • Experience installing smart thermostats or high-efficiency systems.
  • Basic troubleshooting or electrical skills.
