We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring safety and client comfort.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored beauty solutions.
  • Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling additional beauty services or retail items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the treatment area according to health regulations.
  • Educate clients on eyelash extension aftercare and product usage to promote long-lasting results.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service to encourage repeat business.

Experience

  • Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions is required; certification or training in lash extension techniques is preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and explaining services effectively.
  • Experience working at the front desk or managing appointment scheduling is a plus.
  • Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
