Duties

  • Perform professional nail/lash services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, nail art and lash ext with precision and creativity.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas
  • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
  • Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through friendly communication and professional service

Requirements

  • At lease 1 year of experience. Proven experience as a Nail/Lash Technician or similar role in a salon environment
  • Knowledge of various nail/lash techniques and sanitation protocols
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine approach
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Ability to perform nail care procedures with attention to detail and creativity
  • Retail sales experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed
