About Us:

HotSauce Nails Lashes is a fashion-led beauty salon newly opened in April 2025 on vibrant Queen Street, the heart of Toronto.

In just a few months, we've already earned 590+ glowing 5-star Google reviews, making us one of the most trusted names in the city.

We specialize in cutting-edge manicures, pedicures, and eyelash extensions, blending artistry with innovation to deliver looks that are always ahead of the trend.

At HotSauce, every appointment is more than beauty — it's an expression of style, creativity, and confidence.

Position Types:

  • Full-time
  • Part-time
  • Freelance
  • Flexible shifts: Schedule is based on availability. Weekend availability is required.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based pay only.
  • 100% of tips go to Technicians.
  • Additional commission for membership card sales.

Responsibilities:

For Nail Technicians:

  • Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures, including hand and foot massages.
  • Nail Extensions (Bio Gel, Gel-X) Acrylic skills are a plus
  • Creative Nail Art & Designs
  • Has at least one year in the nail industry.
  • Create unique and customized nail designs that reflect our salon's creative style.
  • Upsell additional beauty services.
  • Ability to inquire about customers' beverage preferences, effectively communicate style requirements, confirm service details, and consistently provide service with a warm and welcoming smile.
  • Maintain a pristine and hygienic workspace by adhering strictly to the salon's health and safety protocols for cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Nail polish, Gel polish/ shellac, UV Gel, Acrylic (preferred)
  • Previous experience in nails services (portfolio required).
  • Live closed to Downtown
  • Assist with front desk tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Work professionally in a team environment, Able to communicate English effectively with the team and with clients.
  • Evening and weekend availability.
  • Confidence in sales - willing to learn.
  • Punctual, professional and works well on a schedule.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience
  • Skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about nail design
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute easily
  • Punctual and dependable
