Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Nail Technician and Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services such as manicure, pedicures, Biogel, poly gel, gel-x and nail designs while ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. It is a bonus if you can do lash extensions, eyebrow shaping, waxing, brow lamination and lash lifts.

This role involves promoting our services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and delivering outstanding customer service to foster client loyalty and satisfaction.

Duties

  • Perform body waxing, nail care, and various skincare treatments with precision and professionalism
  • Deliver personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
  • Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas and tools
  • Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment, addressing client concerns, and ensuring their comfort throughout treatments
  • Educate clients on at-home care routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions
  • Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, or related beauty treatments preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically
  • Knowledge of sanitation protocols within a beauty or spa environment
  • Ability to upsell retail products effectively without being pushy
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities
