About The Opportunity
The Dayforce Corporate Positioning & Keynote Content team is looking for a motivated intern to support the development and coordination of event content for some of our most high-impact programs, including our annual customer conference, and executive keynote experiences.
As an Event Content Intern, you will work closely with the Senior Manager, Event Content to help prepare, organize, and execute materials that brings Dayforce's narrative to life. This is a great opportunity for a student who wants hands-on experience in marketing, event content development, or storytelling within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
What You'll Get To Do
- Support the formatting, proofreading, and organizing of materials such as speaker briefs, session descriptions, and presentation drafts.
- Assist with version control, file naming consistency, and updates across shared documents and project workspaces.
- Conduct research on industry topics, customers, and potential speakers to support event content development.
- Help compile quotes, imagery, and session highlights for use in social media and post-event storytelling.
- Maintain presentation trackers, timelines, and status documents to support project coordination.
- Gather inputs from cross-functional teams including Marketing, Communications, Product, and Design - to assist with content reviews and approvals.
- Participate in team meetings, content discussions, and brainstorms to observe the content creation process and support the team with administrative tasks.

Skills And Experience We Value
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- A proactive mindset — comfortable asking questions, seeking clarity, and taking initiative.
- Interest in marketing, event production, storytelling, or content development.
