About the opportunity:
At Dayforce, we are committed to making work life better by powering the future of work. Our marketing team is growing, and we are building an Americas Demand Center to support the planning and execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
We are seeking a motivated, curious, and collaborative Marketing Intern to support multiple marketing teams across demand generation, campaign execution, and program coordination. In this role, you will work closely with marketing managers, campaign leaders, and cross-functional partners in sales and program management to help execute campaigns and initiatives that support our global go-to-market strategy.
This internship offers broad exposure to B2B SaaS marketing and is ideal for students interested in demand generation, campaign execution, marketing operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
 
What you'll get to do:

Support marketing managers and demand center leaders in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
Assist with day-to-day campaign activities, including asset creation, campaign documentation, and management of internal campaign resource centers.
Partner with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and program management to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned to business objectives.
Support the coordination and execution of marketing activities such as field events, sponsorships, and other segment-based initiatives.
Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, supporting reporting and optimization efforts to drive qualified pipeline and ongoing program improvement.
Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities, including events, sponsorships, and emerging marketing tactics or technologies.
Contribute to campaign messaging and storytelling by helping adapt content and assets for different audiences.
Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by marketing leadership.

Skills and experience we value:

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Interest or foundational knowledge in demand generation, integrated marketing campaigns, or B2B marketing.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn marketing principles, tools, and best practices.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting priorities.
Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva experience is a plus.
