As art director, you are a proactive problem-solver with a relentless pursuit of bold ideas and the craft to bring them to life. You'll work collaboratively with a copywriter and across departments, pushing boundaries and raising the creative bar on every project.

The Opportunity

• Develop and execute creative concepts that are not only imaginative but also fresh and relevant.
• Present ideas clearly and with conviction, backed by strong rationale.
• Take ownership of projects, from ideation through production, while collaborating with all departments.
• Manage multiple clients and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Work with accounts and strategy to build decks designed to sell and understand the strategic "why" behind every creative decision.
• Proactively find creative opportunities beyond the brief and capitalize on relevant cultural moments.
• Master your craft and sweat the details to raise the creative bar on every project.
• Stay on top of industry trends and the latest creative work.
• Actively participate in agency initiatives and mentorship programs.
  
  

What you'll  bring:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as an art director, preferably at a creative advertising agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual aesthetics. Experience with photo and video shoots.
• A passion for great work and a genuine desire to impact it. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly collaborative and team player.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• A "can-do" attitude – no ask is too big or too small for you.
• An entrepreneurial spirit – you take ownership of your work and bring fresh thinking to the table.
• A proactive approach – you can see the destination, and you know how to build the path there.
