The Role
Mint is looking for a passionate, talented
Art Director
to join our team. Reporting to a CD, you'll get the opportunity to flex your creative chops and work on a wide range of integrated campaigns and projects - including experiential, content, digital, print, pr and more. Responsible for concept-driven ideas, tactical executions and overall visual direction, the Art Director is a key collaborative member of the creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate ideas based on creative briefs that are grounded in relevant culture, trends, and insights
  • Develop visual language and steer visual direction of projects
  • Collaborate with agency peers, partners, vendors, and clients
  • Present creative work compellingly to both internal stakeholders and clients alike

Skills, Abilities And Experience

  • 2-5+ years of experience at a creative agency
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong creative work, both in thinking and craft
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
  • Experience in art direction in multiple formats, for example film, print, web, xm social, branding
  • Strong aesthetic inspired by forward thinking design trends
  • Proficient in creative suite for Mac
