Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Art Director role based in Toronto, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Art Director will oversee creative direction and art direction for various projects, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in visual design. Responsibilities also include managing graphic design tasks, leading branding strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful creative solutions that align with client goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Creative Direction and Art Direction
  • Sports & Entertainment experience valued
  • Understanding of XM space
  • Strong background in Branding and crafting visual identities
  • Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design
  • Ability to manage projects, work collaboratively, and lead creative teams
  • Experience with industry-standard design tools and software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline
