Duties:
- Facilitate office operations and procedures
- Handle phone systems and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Utilize JaneApp for financial record-keeping, billing and booking appointments
- Manage Accounts Receivable and collections from insurerance companies and individuals
- Perform general administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage budgets and ensure financial compliance
- Coordinate front desk activities with other administrative assistant
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Google Suite)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in team management and leadership roles
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills in person and in writing
- Ability to take initiative to accomplish tasks with little-to-no direction (once trained)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background in human resources functions
- Ability to handle clerical duties efficiently
