Administrative Assistant - Full Time, In Office (Little Rock, Arkansas)

IPG works in the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico handling a variety of claims including, but not limited to auto physical damage, inland marine cargo, dealers' open lot, property damage (commercial and homeowners) and general liability.

Working full time from our Little Rock, Arkansas office and reporting to the Manager, Billing Support, this Administrative Assistant position is the first point of contact for processing adjuster's letters and reports.
Role Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the adjusting staff
  • Send reports and other correspondence on behalf of the adjusters via fax, email, US Postal Service, or Federal Express
  • Communicate with staff regarding necessary attachments for letters and reports
  • Make timecard entries for actions taken
  • Submit files for billing
  • Answer telephone inbound calls received from the queue
  • Other related responsibilities and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor or other management as directed.
  • Duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Good typing and spelling skills preferred

  • Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of concurrent tasks
  • Work collaboratively with others inside and outside the company
