About the Role
As an Office Manager, you will be the heart of clinic operations. You will guide the front desk and clinical support teams, ensure smooth day-to-day flow, and create a positive experience for both patients and staff.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient service
 
• Lead, train, and support front desk and clinical teams, fostering collaboration and engagement
 
• Manage scheduling, patient records, and billing
 
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
 
• Collaborate with dentists and hygienists to support high-quality patient care
 

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in dental office management or administration (applications without dental experience will not be considered)
 
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a positive, professional attitude
 
• Proficiency with dental practice management software 
 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
 
• Solid understanding of dental terminology, billing, and clinical procedures
 
• Customer service oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach

Compensation
$37.00 – $43.00 per hour, flexible outside of this range depending on experience and clinic
